'When we start bringing awareness to our daily lives, it’s like waking up from a dream.'
Andy Puddicombe
In a world full of noise, we often fail to make time to sit with ourselves and truly pay attention to what is happening right here, right now.

We chase extraordinary experiences, forgetting the beauty of ordinary moments - 'the very moments that, if taken away, we would miss more than anything.'

We fill our time with activities, rarely allowing ourselves to simply be, rather than constantly do.

What if, each day, we noticed the colour of the sky, the taste of our food, the rhythm of our breath? What if we could explain why one person makes us smile while another sparks frustration? Why the same situation stresses us one day but makes us laugh the next?

And if tomorrow we had only what we were grateful for today, could we effortlessly name what that would be?

What if we could switch off autopilot and be fully present with the simple, precious things?
